- Your care teamWe coordinate with a dietician, podiatrist, eye specialist and diabetes nurse educator.
- Regular follow-upWe adjust your treatment based on your trends over time.

Can you register me on my medical aid's diabetes programme?
Bring your medical aid details to your appointment and we'll guide you through your scheme's diabetes programme.
Do you test sugar and cholesterol onsite?
Yes. We do point-of-care glucose and cholesterol testing, and draw bloods onsite for the lab.
What should I bring?
Your medical aid card and ID, a list or photo of your medication, and your home glucose and blood pressure readings if you have them.
